The next button in our form doesn't work anymore

For a couple of weeks now the next button in our Image submission form doesn't work anymore... no response - can you please fix this??

I was able to replicate the issue on a cloned form and I was not able to click the next button on the website URL you provided. Please give me more time to work on this problem. I will let you know once I have a solution.

Thank you for patiently waiting. Here's my solution:

Please remove the Scrollable Text widget on your form and add it again. This will fix the next button issue. I also cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
