    Good morning,

I am having an issue with my form shown below. I am getting what looks to be a corrupt file. I did see at one point there was actual data in it, but now all I see is a garbled mess. I have asked others with access to this page to view it and they see the same mess. I am hoping you can recover the data so I don't have to ask the 40 poeple the same questions again. Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thank you,

Your data is not corrupted, it is encrypted. You have set Encrypt Form Data option to Yes inside of your form and because of that your data is now encrypted.

You will need to upload your key to decrypt your data. Encrypted data can only be decrypted with the right key. If you have lost your key then it will not be able to decrypt the data.

More about encrypted forms you can find inside of this guide:

Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
