Form says it's disabled but it's enabled

I created a form this afternoon and I tried sharing the link but when we click on it to take the survey we immediately get a message saying the form is disabled. However, the form is enabled in the settings. I have used JotForm before and have followed the same steps so I am confused as to why people are unable to take the survey.
