    Hi,

I'm planning on creating a Bi-Yearly Plan. I was able to create the "plan" via Jotform which is fine, however, when testing, the invoicing shows that it's being billed PER MONTH and NOT BI-YEARLY. I did create a test subscription and it shows invoicing per month and not every two years. Attached screenshots

I set up a quick form to test this on my end and I am able to reproduce this as well.  I set up a bi-yearly subscription:

However, when I sent a test submission through, the subscription period was set to monthly.

I will forward this to our developers to have a look.  We will let you know as soon as this has been resolved.

Stripe's API does not support bi-yearly subscriptions. When we upgraded our payment wizards to v4, we overlooked this fact; for that we are very sorry.

Please kindly update your payment setup and use a valid subscription period. We have already removed "Bi-Yearly" option for Stripe to prevent others from selecting it.
