On November 24th I contact you as I had problems with a sub-account user being able to access submission data on my forms - it was discovered that I wasn't using the European servicer but my sub account user was connected to the European server.
I subsequently changed the the European server as recommended. I recently went to some of my existing forms to analyse the submissions data and realised that all submission data prior to this is not visible. Presumably it is on the other server?
Is there any way of retrieving this data and indeed merging the submission date before and after this date so that I can analyse the results. Obviously I only need to do this for the forms that were active at the time.

Do note that when you transferred your submissions to our EU data center, old and new submissions should had been moved to our Europe server.
I would suggest you to switch from EU data center to our non-EU, then move the data once again to the EU data center again, all your data should be transferred and you should be able to access it. If this is still not showing your old submissions transferred, please let us know.
