All my forms are not working. Can you please help?

I checked your account and I found that your account has been suspended because of some phishing fields.

I removed these fields from your form and activated your account again and please don't forget that if you attempt to add phishing fields again to your form, your account will be suspended again. You can only use our payment tools if you want to get payments.
