It seems as though the Freshbooks integration is not yet added to the list in V4. It is still available from the V3 builder though.
Change your builder version to V3 from your account settings page:
Then edit your form in the old builder. The integration will be available in the integrations menu.
I will forward this to our developers to see if they can include the integration in the new builder.

I would like to inform you that Freshbook integration will not be available on version 4. If you would like to integrate your form with Freshbook, you need to switch back to version 3 by following steps provided by my colleague.
