    Hello,

I need my sales rep to fill in some of my form, and then email the partially filled form to his customer so they can fill in the rest and hit submit.

    Can this be done?

Yes, I believe this is possible. However, we need to know some of the details or workflows that you would like to have with the form.

    Please answer the following questions:

When the sales rep fills in some of the fields in the form, does he/she needs to submit it first so the data he/she entered will be saved first to the form's submission page?

Also, how would you like your sales rep to send the email? Is it going to be manual or with the help of our email autoresponder that will be sent to the customers after the sales rep fills in the form partially and submitted it? If through our autoresponders, this would need for the sales rep to enter the email address of the customer within the form.

Please let us know of any information/details that you think would help us in creating the best solution for your requirements. We will wait for your response.

    Thank you.

    Mike,

Here's the workflow. The sales rep needs to fill in his part, and manually email the partially completed form to the customer. Then, the customer completes his part, and clicks submit, in which the form goes to head office with all parts filled.

In that case, I believe Prepopulate form should work for you : http://prepopulate.jotform.io/.

You can further automate it by creating an excel sheet filled with all the customers data and then concatenate data in each row (individual user) in the format described by http://prepopulate.jotform.io/

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for that. I will play around with Pre-populate.
