I have asked the same question TWICE today and do not see it posted on the forum. I have also searched by my user name. Can someone email me at email@example.com and answer my questions. This is beyond ridiculous! All I want to know is why there seems to be a bug in the payment form. I can't put in any amount over $9 and can only do flat amounts. What is the problem?????

Is there something else I need to do to get a response from support? I need this answer as quickly as possible. Do I have some type of payment needed to get a response?
