Integration to Google Sheets no longer working

We are working off the Google Sheets, however when we do, the new submissions that follow are not entered in anymore.

Please advise.

Unfortunately, the Google Spreadsheet integration might not be friendly to the spreadsheet customizations. If new form entries are not being forwarded, you may try redoing the integration on your form. It will create a brand new spreadsheet with complete form data.
