How can i enter data on the first form and have it repeat on subsequent forms

Asked by APCD on March 15, 2017 at 01:33 AM

Hi, we are doing collection of stock from clients. Each pick up has a unique job for all the items to be collected.

    1. Is it possible to enter eg. Job No: 1234 onto the first form and then have it auto populate onto the next form once submitted.

    2. Once the job is completed, is it possible to email the client from site all the items that were collected for Job No 1234

    Thank you

Please check this guide: Prepopulating fields to your JotForm via URL parameters

I believe it explains everything that you need. You can also use the app to generate a prepopulated form: http://prepopulate.jotform.io
