ERROR FORM HELP US

    I just tested your form and I was able to make a submission. Can you please try again and let us know if the problem persists on your end?

    Hi,

    I have 2 problem my form. 

     

    Problem continues in Turkish font.

     

    The incoming form does not come with a pan.

    Hello,

    I'm not sure I'm fully understanding the issue. Can you give us more information on what you mean the incoming form does not come with a pan? Does this mean that this is a different issue now compared to the earlier concern which you say you are not able to upload files?

    You can post your question in Turkish if you find it more comfortable to explain your concern using your language.
