Is there a way to insert an email response from a form into the recipient field for notification emails?

On the form, we ask students applying for a scholarship to provide the email address of their school principal so we can share a copy of the submitted scholarship application template with their principal. I'd rather not have to manually forward the notification emails to every principal. I have not been able to find a way to insert the principal's email address from the response provided on the form into the notification email recipient field in settings. Is there any way to do this?

You can indeed send another email to an address entered in the form.  Create an autoresponder email:

Then set the Recipient Email for that autoresponder to the field that captures the principal's email.  This will send an email to the address entered in that field.
