You can submit your application for non-profit by visiting this page: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

You will need to fill-up the form with all the necessary information and if you have the form 990 document (tax exemption from government), it will definitely boost your proof of being a non-profit organization. You may also provide other supporting documents to show your non-profit status.

Once you have submitted your application, you will need to wait for confirmation of your application (wait for at least 24 hours), and you shall receive an email later on.

Once you have received an email. You may proceed with the upgrade. When upgrading, make sure that the price that you see is a discounted one. Otherwise, please let us know right away.
