Can we use other transactional emails providers besides Mandrill?

At one time, we were able to have the users input "email" as the senders email. Then, to my great disappointment, y'all changed that....

So, then I had to get Mandrill. Now, Mandrill require a paid plan. We are a nonprofit and this is an issue for us.  Our emails will only be accepted by legislators if the come from individual email accounts.

Can we use other "free" providers like Amazon SES, Sendinblue, Mailgun, etc; If so, which vendors can we use?

If not, what other solutions or options can you recommend?

    Thank you!

    Marty

    Hi Marty,

You can try MailJet as a replacement for Mandrill. Please check this thread and follow the guide given by my colleague: https://www.jotform.com/answers/796435

Hope that helps. If you have questions, please let us know.

    Thank you.

Hi, thanks for answering, but the link you referred me to states that mailjet does not allow the same services of Mandrill, it states that the emails will still come from my address or the jotform email address - this does not give me a solution to my problem.

According to the Support Documents of MailJet, it is possible to use your own SMTP settings. Please check this link: https://app.mailjet.com/docs/getting_started#getstarted-smtp-cred.

If that didn't work for you, please check our other email integrations. Here are the list:
