Why hidden data is showing in submission?

I have created a form that consists of several pages

Some pages appearance is conditioned by the user's country of residence .

All works fine, except for the fact that predefined default values appear on the form even when the page with these fields is hidden. It makes all the process of analyzing a bit tedious,

I'm not sure if I understood you completely, but your issue is that predefined data is showing in submissions even though it was hidden?

You can check this option under the Settings page:

Clear on being Hidden.

Please try and see if that helps.

It might be related to some conditions where fields are predefined and triggering them, then these hidden fields may be showing due to this. The option my colleague suggested above, should work and clear the hidden fields when the form is submitted or before the submission happens (while they're hidden) and they should not be showing in your submissions page, but if the fields are showing when you load the form then they will get the predefined data submitted as  well.
