Flag for Cape Verde on translations

Hello, we need to have the Cape Verde Flag to put on a Form in Translations.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. I have checked your JotForm and seems that it is built using the Portuguese language on the form and it is not enabled with multiple languages. Do you mean to use multiple languages on the form and use a different language to display along with the flags? 

I have checked the languages and associated flags and it looks like the flag for Cape Verde is not listed. It looks like the each language to a country that is more identical and easy to understand by the flag. It may be possible to have the Cape Verde flag for the language by sending a feature request. However, we cannot guarantee that the request will be accepted or cannot provide any time frame to implement if accepted. Let us know if you want to send a request to our backend team for evaluation.

but you should have the flag for cape verde listed....
