None of my forms are editable

I cannot edit any of my forms, the only message I am given is a blank black screen that says:

Oops! Something went wrong and We couldn't initialize a part of your form correctly.

Oops! Something went wrong and We couldn't initialize your user info. 
Could you please refresh the page?

Oops! Something went wrong and We couldn't initialize a part of your form correctly.

Oops! Something went wrong and We couldn't get your form questions. 
Could you please refresh the page?

All of my forms notify me of this message. 

I really need this fixed immediately !

We bug that caused forms to not be editable in V4.  It has been fixed and you can now edit forms once again.  Apologies for the down time.
