Why my forms are not loading in Ecuador?

    I cannot access any of my forms published. I have this message:

     

    This site can’t be reached

    form.jotformz.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

    I could not replicate the issue at my end.

    I would suggest you to follow the instructions provided at : http://www.fixerrs.com/2015/01/Dns-Probe-Finished-NxDomain.html

    Let us know if that helps.

    Thanks, but this does'nt help.

    As far as I know there are are problems related to DNS in Ecuador, which have not been solved by Jotform. The service is terrible, please give us a solution

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    Could you please try to load your forms replacing the current link you have with one of the below domains? 

    https://form.jotform.com/6269402429766

    https://www.jotform.com/6269402429766

    If this works then you could try again with the current link of your form https://form.jotformz.com/6269402429766, the form should be working fine since as far as I know our developers have investigated the issue using different VPNs and the issue cannot be replicated, we would also kindly request the locations where your users are and where the form does not load.
