Why are emails slow coming in?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Please note that submission emails are being sent successfully but there seems to be some delay in delivery. Our backend team is already aware of this issue and looking into this. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form our backend team.
For now, I would suggest you to please use your own email address with SMTP setting to send submission emails. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to use your own SMTP setting: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
Please note it is also possible to use your gmail SMTP to send submission email. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/392-How-to-Use-Your-Gmail-Account-as-Your-Email-Sender-via-SMTP
