How can I change my username?

I'd like to change my user name. The reason is that when I make a direct link url it always has my user name in the link. Is there a way to change the name in the direct  jotfrom URL link to not include my user name "TOMWEIS". I'd like it to used my business name Brokercontracting. Please advise? Thank you
