Company specific customizations

Hi Team,

Is there any way I can customize the forms I create to include the company logo and the web link to include the company name?

Hello Rahul,

You can make use of the Image field to upload and have your logo on your form, Header field to give your form your company name, or even the Text field to provide text descriptions of your form. You can find these all when you go to your form builder.

When creating forms, simply click BUILD. Then you will notice on the left panel there is an Add form element on the left, click that

A window with a list of field types will appear. Simply search for the field you need to add on your form and click on it to add to your form. You can also drag it to a specific position in order to place it on a specific area of your form.
