    Hello siimple,

I did check your account and also your webpages and did not find any issue with that. All your embedded form seems to display correctly.

The issue is that form.jotformeu.com seems to be blocked in Turkey by some internet service providers. I would suggest you to please click on the following URL and see if you are able to access your form:  https://www.jotformeu.com/70022629825353

If you are able to see your form, I would suggest you to please edit your form's embed code in your webpage and replace form with www. Example:

    In your webpage: http://www.eklinik.net/uyelik

You have used following embed code:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotformeu.com/jsform/70022629825353"></script>

You need to replcae "form" with "www" in the src. Here is the embed code which you need to use:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.jotformeu.com/jsform/70022629825353"></script>

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!

    Hey guys,

    This script:

    Should be:

The blocked DNS is jotformeu, so www.jotformeu will not solve it.

www.jotform.com is working. Could you please migrate my account to jotform.com account? All my embed codes are generated with eu domain.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Please note that when you create a form, a domain name is assigned to form based on your geographical location. Unfortunately is it not possible to move forms from one domain to another.

You just need to edit your form's embed code which you have added in your webpages and change the domain to https://www.jotform.com instead of https://form.jotformeu.com

    Thank you!
