All our forms are saying ''Form not found''

Am having issues with all forms on our account saying "form not found".  We havent changed any settings as far as I can tell and given its happening across all forms I am wondering if this is an account issue. 

Ive seen some feedback on forums to say that its possible that the account is locked out or something similar to that effect. 

Please help, Ive sent a few emails to your organisation now (via the same contact us link) but no one has responded yet.

I then checked your account and forms, and they seem to be working properly. None of them are displaying the "Form not found" message.
