Dear Sirs --
Once again my submissions are not being forwarded. Since I am simply unable to check into JotFprm every day, what can be done to insure that I receive my submissions? I've lost a considerable amount to work as a result of this, not to mention what word of mouth is circulating regarding a business that never gets to back to people when they inquire about professional services. I've never experienced anything like this with any online vendor or service provider.
Its very frustrating. Please fix and please prevent from happening again.

As per checking our mail log, the email notifications were successfully sent to your email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please try to check your email's spam folder and see if the email went there.
