We received this e-mail today from JotForm, though we have only had 97 out of our 100 submissions.

Why will our forms stop working if we have not truly reached the submission limit of 100???

"You have reached your JotForm submissions limit

It seems like you have reached your submissions limit. Free accounts are limited to 100 submissions / month. Your forms will be disabled on Wednesday at 12pm EST. Since we understand that it can be an inconvenience to have your forms stop working because you reached your submissions limit, we'd like to remind you that you can upgrade and your forms will be running smoothly again. I have checked your account and see that your forms have received 101 submissions for the current month. The total submissions of all the forms in your account is displaying as 97. This may be due to any deleted submissions during the month. Since the free submissions are limited to receive only 100 submissions in a month, it is required to upgrade your account in order to receive any further submissions.

    Thanks!
