How do I get a drop down for dates?

I have a birthdate date field on my form that is frustrating with the calendar because there isn't a super quick way to get to years and years in the past. 

My thought is that I'd like to have a drop down menu with the month, day, year.  Do I have to do that manually with a drop down form or is there a format I can use on date that allows it?

We have a widget for Birth Date field. Here's how to add it to your form:

1. Open your form and click the +Add Form Elements button. 
2. Go to the Widgets tab and search for Birth Date Picker widget then drag it to your form.
