I need an entry with single selection for my form

Asked by jamesdenny on March 22, 2017 at 08:41 AM

I'm trying to set up a form field that asks if your pain comes how often for as many many hours/days/weeks, where they would make an entry as to how often their pain would occur i.e. "3", then they would be able to make a selection of hours, Days or Weeks. Is there a widget that would allow me to do this?

If I understood your question correctly, you can achieve this with ordinary form fields. For example, you could have a Number field where the user would enter the amount, and have a Drop Down field where they could select the frequency:

You can position these fields to appear on the same line by following this guide:

Please let us know should you need further assistance.

These options to merge lines aren’t even available in version 3 or 4. How am I suppose to do this if the option isn’t available anymore?

We apologize for the confusion. The field positioning/merge feature is actually still available on the new Form Builder. We will update the user guide later.

You can view the video guide below on how to position fields on the form.
