    I checked your form (http://www.jotform.us/form/70488256619164) and I noticed that you haven't yet filled out the Payment Gateway credentials.

    Please double check the form, enter your Payment Gateway Credentials. Please make sure that the issue was not due to your payment processor having an expired API and transactions keys so that you will not encounter any issue.
