Some can submit, some cannot - why?

I have looked through the various other forums and passed along the info, but still some can submit the forms and others are having difficulty.

This form is not embedded, there is a link on our webpage (http://www.cefmn.org/volunteers/summer/) that the applicant clicks to get to the form.

Things I have passed along to try include make sure using Google Chrome or Firefox as the browser, clearing the browser cache. I don't know all the situations/set up that have been used to make this not work.

Is there a time limit that is preventing submission?

Applicants have not seen what they are missing as a required questions.

Any help would be great as our application deadline is next Friday so many are trying to complete in this week. Thanks!

Some users were probably not able to fill in the *Required fields on the form. If the mandatory/required field/s were not met, the form will not be submitted.

I see in your form that you have Condition rules that hide fields that were actually set also as *Required field.

Example the Signature field.

To fix, you have 2 options

#1 When you hide the required field, remove also the required field option. You can do this by adding the Unrequire field condition rule on the field also.

#2 The easier method is to not make the field a Required field. Just remove the required validation option on the field.

Because I have another form that has hidden conditions & requirements and that form is able to be submitted just fine.

I apologize for the confusion. After further testing I found that you were correct. I can submit the form with required field being hidden.

I missed to check that the hidden function now also automatically removed the required validation of field.

Was there any visible error message on the form? Perhaps it can be seen why the user could not submit the form.

User has form filled out and end says "errors on form, please fix before continuing"

When looking back over had made sure every box has an answer

I noticed that you are using the Form Tabs widget, in which you are allowing to continue to next page without validation. I think this may be causing the problem since users might leave a required field empty, and the error will show up only until the form is submitted:

Can you try disabling that, so the user can correct it before submitting?
