Not able to access newly designed form.

    Just designed a new form, but when I try to open the form in a new tab using the URL provided, I get a "Form NOT found, Form Disabled". I am relatively a new user, and would like free access.

    I checked your account sdalvie and the account was automatically suspended by our Phishing detector tool. I checked your forms and your forms does not violate our terms of use. I have activated your account. You can now access your account and forms properly.

    Thanks for your help. I was able to access it. However i edited the form, and added an entry for people to provide the check number, which i think messed it up once more. I have removed the entry now, but I think it will need activation again. Thank you.
