Calculate Field Condition Not Working

Hi

The Calculate Field condition has stopped working.

I have multiple forms that depend on this condition and once currently receiving tons of traffic which is failing because this condition is not working.

I have created a test form to show it's not working.

the condition has been set to copy the value of "text input" to the "output" field.

As you can see when you type text into "text input" nothing is copied into the "output field.

In addition it looks like field values {field name} are not pulling through on fields or calculations which this may be the core of the issue.

Please help with this urgently
