I got an email saying I have passed my form views. I do not want to upgrade. I should be billed tomorrow for my normal plan and that should reset my view count and my forms will not be shut off. Is this correct?

I checked your account and you have reached 10,000 form views. That's the reason why you received email from JotForm. The monthly limit reset happens every first day of the month.
I will clear half of your form views so you can continue using your forms without upgrading. Please accept this as a simple thank you for being a long time subscriber. Keep in mind that we can only do this once.
