how can i create a maximum number of registrants and add a waitlist?

    I have a jotform created with options for parents to choose. I would like to set a 12 person max. on each option and then offer a waitlist option.

    Are you looking to have the user registered 12 people max? You can use the configurable list widget, where the user can input the names of the people he wants to register: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list

    There you can set the max rows the user can add.
