massive delays... up to 5 hours...
i am making some changes and it is very difficult to test when the emails take a long time to arrive..
please shed some more light on the matter

I've tested the feature on my end and I can see emails are sending instantly, upon checking your email history seems like you were testing your emails using the test email button in the email wizards, what I would suggest you is to test your emails using a real submission, if you're using a different email address then using the test email button will not send the emails to the addresses you've set up in your form.
