Conditional Formatting -- Maximum Value of a field - can't enter value in field

    I am setting up a material order forms. The user is limited on the number that can be ordered by the number of sites. When I put a condition on the field that the user cannot put a number in the "requested number of....", the number entered in the field does not stay.  -- See door hangers and fillable posters.

    After further inspecting your form I can see what may be causing the conflict between the condition, it's currently set up to copy the value when the value is "greater than" this sets indeed the correct value, but the conflict is in the fact that copying the same value does not met the condition is it's only greater than and it does not have an equal to statement. 

    If you would change your condition and set it to do the same when the fields have the same value it will work.

    The condition will be triggered as soon as something is typed into the involved fields, to retain the value in case it is less than the other field you could add a second condition like this one:
