Unable to find the created forms

I created 2 forms:

The Great Little Photographer Booking Form 

The Great Little Photographer What to Wear

I then signed up for an account and my forms are lost.

I see that there is the form titled 'The Great Little Photographer Booking Form' in your account. I am not able to find the other form in your account or any other accounts based on your IP address. If you can provide us with the form ID or URL from the browser history, we can try locating the form and move it to your account if they are in a guest account.
