My forms created before signing up are lost...

Hi there,

I created 2 forms:

The Great Little Photographer Booking Form

The Great Little Photographer What to Wear

and then I signed up to Jot Form.

When are log in now, My Forms are empty and I seem to have lost them. 

Help!?
