I am receiving 'Over quota' error message

    I have a number of people trying to fill in a jotform survey and they are now getting an 'over quota' notice and their information isn't being captured.


    I've clicked on the  You are out of Space, Upgrade storage now - been taken to a site where I have selected to pay $50 for more storage for a year and received confirmation of the payment receipt from Jotform. I paid via Paypal; however people are still getting the 'over quota' message and the "you're out of storage' message is still appearing.


    This matter is extremely urgent for us - I reallly need it fixed quickly.  HOw long will it take before people can submit their information and it be accepted??  Is it hours, days??
