I just upgraded but can't create a new form. Need it now!

    Just upgraded to Bronze plan.  Have 22 forms.  Can't create a form.  Can't preview an existing form.  What's going on?  I have an urgent need now.

    The issue should now be resolved.  I was unable to reproduce this on my end initially so I personally cannot test if this is fixed.  Please let us know if it is still present and we will look into this further.
