    Tengo cobros no reconocidos, yo no me di de alta, resuelvan!!!

    Sorry I missed what you said above that you have no account with us. Can you please at least attach a screenshot of invoice showing the details of the charge. To attach a screenshot to this thread, please follow the instructions in How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?.
