Why does my form skip to a new page?

    When my MEMBER SEARCH question (on PAGE 2) is completed and the entry IS NOT matched, it skips to PAGE 4 when it should go to PAGE 3.  Why is that?  I can not find any condition that would cause this.

     

    Please help.

    I've checked your form and I can see some things that seem to be causing the issue, firstly, I found some conditions with missing fields, you need to fix them since this may cause malfunctioning on your other conditions:

    I can also see you've a condition where you're comparing multiple values, I would suggest you to remove  the values separated by comma and set individual statements instead:

    This should help you to get your conditions working without any problem and properly redirecting.
