Hello, I’m working for a public administration.

Many of our services would like to use JOTFORM. Is it possible to have a global account, paid by our communication department, which gives access to these services. Each service should be able to work independently and not see forms or data from other services. How many Sub-User Account can we have with the silver, bronze or gold plan?

It is indeed possible to have one main upgraded account that shares access with other accounts.  This can be done by setting up sub-users:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

As long as sub-users create forms in the shared folder, they will be created in the main account.  The main account can share access to edit specific forms and/or submissions.

Here are the number of sub-users per subscription level:

    Free 1
    Bronze 3
    Silver 10
    Gold 100
    Platinum 1,000
