Can I show hide a field based on what is in the other field?

Some fields are only shown based on the radio button selected. The DONATION AMOUNT field.

Can I hide/show a field based on the amount entered into the Other field?

With conditions you cannot get the other option value only, but I think will be possible to apply a workaround to do it. 

You will need to add  a new text box/number field to your form and you will copy the value entered in the other option to this newly added field. 

This will be the condition to copy the other option value to the new field: 

This way you will now which value has been entered in the other option and you will be able to set up  conditions based on this.
