I was informed that this issue is happening on only builder V3. However, If you switch to V4.0, you can see that there is no differences among, builder, preview and advance designer.
That's why, We kindly ask you to switch version 4 to get rid of this problem. If you encounter any other issue, please let us know. We would be pleased to help you.
You need to click Switch to JotForm V4 label on the left top.
