I am locked out of my account

    There were too many attempts to log into my account and I have not received a way to get back in yet.

    If you're locked out after a limited number of failed attempts to sign in, please try it again in a few minutes or an hour. 

    Why is this implemented? Just like any other websites, this was added as part of the security measures. We don't want to give hackers unlimited attempts at guessing your password. So, we block them from trying after a while.
