Premium Account is showing Jotform Footer

Hi, I have a premum account, however the jotform footer appears on my forms

I have checked your form and I am not seeing the Jotform Footer in it.

To make sure, please check the Jotform Footer option from your accounts page settings section and make sure it is unchecked. https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
