Need custom CSS code to inject

Hello,

I have created a check list for tshirt sizes and need to add the drop down for # of tshirts in corresponding size needed beside the check list.  Can you create a custom CSS code for me to inject so the # needed is beside the tshirt size in the form?

Since you want to have the dropbox field beside the size of the T-shirt, I think you might consider using an Input Table (Matrix) field on the form as shown below:
