Follow up V.4 Feedback

    I had left some feedback when switching to the old version of JotForm and was asked in a couple emails from Ayca Ayder <ayca@jotform.com> and Çiçek Tuna <cicek@jotform.com> to elaborate.  For one of my messages, I sent that the Form editor was not functioning properly, or was buggy.  The issue I was having that on my form the dropdown fields I was trying to edit options in did not have the add/edit options button below the field when I selected it.  I had to go into the field settings to add/edit options, which I know is not the way is was designed or intended to function but at least it worked to solve my immediate problem.  I decided to switch to the old version to make it quicker to finish what I was doing at the time. 

    For my second feedback I was asked to elaborate on, I typed the message that some of my conditions were not working properly. I had a form that had a show/hide field function.  Neither myself or one of the form fillers were able to get that to work properly when trying to submit a form.  That problem only lasted for one day so I am not sure what exactly was going on there.

    Both the above problems seem to be resolved as of now, and I have only experienced each one of those for a day at a time, but both on different days.  I know with my problems being sporadic like that it doesn't help much to have this info so if I experience either one again I will try and reach out to you when I am having the problem.

    Both times I was using an edge browser, version 14.14393  Not sure the version the other filler was using.

    Apologies for the inconveniences this caused to you and thank you for reporting this to us. 

    I've tested the both functionalities you mentioned in Edge browser, I can see both are working fine on my end, examples:

    May be that this was a temporary issue; however, we would like to get the forms where you experienced this, we will be glad to check them and make sure the issue is not happening and will not happen again.
