We have some orders that we've completed that are now resubmitting themselves. We have one order from a week ago that has resubmitted itself twice now. I'm suspecting that last week when submissions were lagging several hours, that after that fix there are things stuck in the queue that are resubmitting themselves now.

This is not a common issue and I am not able to reproduce it at the moment. If you notice the issue again, please let us know if receive duplicated form entries or the duplicated emails only.
